Meet Jill Wrobel

EVP & CHRO of Brunswick Corporation Jill Wrobel leads culture, talent, and operating model strategy at Brunswick Corporation—the world’s largest global marine company and parent to more than 60 iconic marine brands. As EVP & CHRO, she supports over 15,000 employees across 25 countries, helping build a workplace consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work and a leader in employee experience. With a background in mathematics, finance, and actuarial science, Jill brings analytical rigor to the human side of enterprise transformation. After starting her career at Pricewaterhouse and spending eight years in executive HR leadership at Walgreens Boots Alliance, she joined Brunswick in 2020, where she now guides global talent strategy, M&A integration, and large-scale organizational change.

Beyond the business, Jill’s leadership is deeply shaped by resilience. A stage IV metastatic ocular melanoma survivor and recipient of the Melanoma Research Foundation’s Courage Award, she also serves as Treasurer and Board Member for the Foundation. She co-hosts Brunswick’s internal podcast, Propelling Perspectives—a 2024 dotCOMM Gold Award winner—and when she’s off the clock, she’s learning the ropes as a novice boat captain on Lake Michigan with her family.
