Before leading digital at one of the world’s largest dairy companies, SriRaj Kantamneni was under the hood of cars in his family’s auto shop—learning how businesses run by fixing what was broken.

That hands-on education stuck with him. After earning an engineering degree and an MBA, he spent two decades at Cargill, where he led global tech teams and helped modernize everything from supply chains to shrimp farms. In 2012, he moved to India to build one of the company’s major delivery hubs from the ground up.

Today, Sri is EVP & Chief Information & Digital Officer at Schreiber Foods. He’s driving digital transformation at scale, leading everything from AI and machine learning to the creation of Schreiber Digital Labs—a tech arm helping partners modernize operations across the food industry.
