Meet Greg Ramfos

CEO, DURA | Shiloh

Before leading a global transformation at one of the automotive industry’s top tier-one suppliers, Greg Ramfos rebuilt his life—overcoming poverty, foster care, and setbacks to become a self-made entrepreneur by 28.

He began his career at Ford Motor Company, holding seven roles in nine years across engineering, manufacturing, and program leadership. Greg then founded and scaled companies including IAG, PrintSites, and ROXO, a toy brand that grew from a bracelet idea into 36,000 stores worldwide with Disney and Marvel deals.

Today, Greg leads 4,000 people across 16 plants and three continents as CEO of DURA | Shiloh. His leadership is grounded in truth, ownership, and leading from the floor—not the boardroom.

In this episode:

  • Why accountability beats corporate theater
  • How adversity shaped Greg’s leadership
  • Leading 4,000 people through a bold turnaround
  • Why the factory floor is key to America’s manufacturing revival
